Sitemap generator doesn't crawl entire site

I have about 25,000 urls but only around 2000 get added to the sitemap. I have set the crawl depth to unlimited but that didn't work.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
