My hosting can't use cron jobs.
I use joomla & virtuemart.
When I add new item, that sitemap.xml not update.
I want to know how to manual update continue.

You can try to setup a "web cron" that runs a URL instead of local command line, with URL:
domain.com/generator/index.php?op=crawlproc&resume=1

Now I have 18427 pages index.
When I use this method, I have continue pages index from 18427 to 18428 and up up up, that I will not start crawling the new one or not.
