Script Never Finishes

I installed last night, but the crawling script never finishes.  It sits and it will time out in different spots each time.  I started one at last night, and apparently the CRON job picked it up at 3am.  Can any assist me in seeing what the error could possibly be?

This is what the cron job reports:

please increase max_execution_time setting in your php configuration (php.ini) in order to avoid this issue.
