I'm getting this error when I'm trying to run the sitemap crawl:

There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
HTTP Code:

HTTP headers:
x_csize: 0

HTTP output:

I'm on a shared server.

I've selected the debug output option but have nothing to work with? I've also tried using curl but get the exact same error.

I've tried setting the IP address, still no joy.
I've tested that I can curl my own website from my website and have success.

Can anyone share a light on this?
