Broken links & Image sitemap

Hello

In my new site i have the following problem.The generator did foun 11 broken links.All them are from the tags.The tags have link tou article.Why are marked as broken?

In the same site i have problem with the picture [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] is not make an image_sitemap.xml.I put a folder on the server but the result is 0....

There is indeed an incorrect link in the footer ("Back to top" text pointing to wrong location)
