Sitemap generator not indexing all pages

As of July 28th we had over 3000 pages being indexed
"Pages indexed: 3836"

August 1st we received an email that on 5 pages are being indexed
" Pages indexed: 5"

there are no broken links

Can you help us figure out what happened to our site and why not all pages are being indexed now?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
