What means RSS inclusion mask (optional)

I Like to know what exactly that means - I hope I can configure there, that the rss news feed only shows new pages in a separate folder e.g. /news/ - Can I do this with it?

Hello,

yes, you need to specify "news/" in inclusion mask setting for that.
