How can I add an XHMTL:LINK such as

    <loc>[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]</loc>
    <xhtml:link
                 rel="alternate"
                 hreflang="de"
                 href="[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]"
                 />

to every page of the Sitemap.

this is not supported but you can try to modify pages/mods/sitemap_xml_tpl.xml file for this.
