Can't find a broken link - help

We have just updated our website in the last couple of weeks and have spent hours trying to locate a broken link reported by the Sitemap Generator. It is simply reporting the broken link as \'. Can anyone help us with finding this broken link please.

what is the URL of the "referring from" page?

There is no "referring from" page - it is blank
The broken link is simply reported as "\'", nothing else.
