Custom chron job commandline parameters

Hello,

Would anyone be able to help me create custom chron job commandline parameters? Our host told us that we can't setup a scheduled task in our hosting control panel to run these/update the sitemaps automatically.

We would like the following URL's to be automatically generated/saved to the custom sitemaps listed below daily:

sitemap-blog.xml:
All URL's starting with "/blog/" (excluding "/blog/page/" & "/blog/author/".

sitemap-bonds.xml:
All URL's starting with "/fidelity-bonds/" & "/surety-bonds/"

Please advise. Thanks!
