Sitemap Generator Forum

Just installed the "Unlimited Sitemap Generator" but failed on my first run with the following error message:

This is in fact my the third copy of the generator I purchased, all previous installation were smooth without any problem. pleased kindly assist

it looks like your server is blocking requests from own server's IP - as a result sitemap generator is not able to crawl the site.

is there any workaround solution?

btw, i have recently connected my site to the Cloudflare service, is it the problem?

ok thx~ problem solved. I switched the Nameserver back to the original ones, it works now.

is it possible to make the generator to work with Cloudflare?

it should work correctly, just make sure that cloudflare doesn't block your server's IP.

for those who are using Cloudflare too, fyi.
select "CDN Only" for "Performance profile" then the XML generator will run as usual.
