Getting this error after new install

Hi, I have used the sitemap generator before without any trouble but I have just launched version 7 and after installation I get the below error when I try to do my first crawl....

Any ideas anyone please?  My server company say nothing is wrong their end

please try to re-download generator package (it was updated last day) and reinstall it now.

Tried the new install and it still isn't working properly. I am running wordpress so is this the problem? I do not have any wordpress sitemap plugins, only yours
