Site map generator not able to crawl all the pages of my website

Hello

Site map generator is only able to crawl top level pages on my website. It is not able to crawl  pages on level 2 or connected to top links. Total pages run into several thousands but sitemap generator only shows few. All those are on home pages of website.

Please advice.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
