Sitemap not being generated

Hi there,

We have purchased pro version of standalone sitemap generator and installed in our IIS 7 Web Server.

After various attempts, we have been unable to generate the sitemap. As soon as we save the config in step 1, the page refreshes and all the paths and settings entered by us are gone. If we try to run the crawler; the process ends but the sitemap.xml file remains empty. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hello,

Since your site is hosted on windows platform, in order to complete installation you should set file permissions (allow write access for IUSR_* usergroup to sitemap.xml, ror.xml files and data/ folder) either in hosting control panel or via remote desktop.
