All pages not being crawled

Hi, I've got my paid-for sitemap generator up and running, but it's not going very deep into my site - is there something I need to do to make sure it crawls everything it finds?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
