Generator stuck 'Pro'

Hi

I';ve just paid up a years subscription (up to 10,000 pages) and started the crawl.
It's got stuck after only 121 pages.

The last one I did manually about 18 months ago did 1,100 pages and since then I've added probably another 300.

Can I cancel the crawl and let it start again or is there a problem only you can solve.

Strange, said it had finished but exceeded the limit asking me to upgrade?

The plot thickens !!

Another one did 1097 pages but didn't show about 300 pages on site?

The next one went over 10,000, said I need to upgrade but didn't show any of the missing pages either?
