Sitemap keeps stopping

I have tried all settings I can to try to have the sitemap build. It keeps timing out.. I know you will say set my max time higher and my memory higher. I read that in all the post trying to find the answer. My max_execution_time and max_input_time is set to 10000 and my memory_limit is set to 12288M.
With those setting the it should not time out in 5 minutes. my math says it has 2.777778 hours to complete..

in this case I would recommend to run generator in command line if you have ssh access to your server.
