Has the HTTPS site only index been resolved yet?

I've seen others running HTTPS sites only run into this problem but haven't seen any resolution!

Ever since Google starting to put a priority on HTTPS sites, I've been scrambling to convert  http to https on a community directory I maintain at:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

In any regard, I've tried about everything but can't successfully get the software to index https URL's!

I've upgraded the software to ver 7, but had this problem also previously.

Best 'net regards,

Joe

XML-Sitemaps Support

Hello,

there should be no issues with that.
Please let me know your generator URL/login in private message to check this.

Thought I'd mention, I just licensed the works including the installation since I was having such a hard time getting anything HTTPS to work properly and it was implied my license didn't cover the [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] site under my previous joerinehart (joe13) forum username.

Thank you so much for getting my HTTPS only website xml-sitemaps working properly!

I thought it might be nice if I let anyone searching for why SSL may not work properly. Oleg with xml-sitemaps got the software working using SSL v2 rather than the current SSL v3.

I happen to host the site that had the problem on SiteGround. So when I put in a trouble ticket to ask why SSL v 3 wasn't available on Siteground, this was their response:

"The SSLv3 was disabled on our servers due to a recent vulnerability called Poodle. Still, I can assure you that once this version is stable and secure our system administrators will apply the necessary changes for you."

Also, Oleg is the best.. He responded to my plea for help in such a manner that didn't make me feel like a fool and as importantly, he got it working very promptly!

I highly recommend xml-sitemaps for any SSL only site, now that Google is putting a priority on them ;)

Best 'net regards,

Joe
