Only 2 pages generated?

I've been using standalone for a few years now without issue, but I've recently come across an issue when crawling & only 2 pages are being indexed - the process appears to work as normal & without any errors. I've downloaded the latest version, cleared out the files in the index folder & check folder permissions to try & resolve, but there is no change.

I also see that "Create XML Sitemap" is un-ticked & that while I can tick it I can't save the change.

Any help much appreciated.
