RSS feed with imaged
« on: July 31, 2015, 10:50:44 AM »
Yahoo Pipes is shutting down in September 2015, Feedburner follows silently. Can we have a module RSS that includes images ? Paid, off course.

can you provide an example of image info you'd like to have included in the feed?

Hi Oleg,

I suppose adding media/images to RSS can be done in 2 directions :

1. quick - in RSS, at item level,
sub-element of
should accept/detect all MIME type ( images also not only audio and video )

Maybe <enclosure url="<TVAR iurl>" type="image/MIME TYPE">
could be the quick fix, but I am not a programmer. This should allow showing images inside

2. complete solution - via mRSS that would satisfy images, video and audio eso. This would also enrich SEO of the site as Google Webmasters Tools , Yahoo and Bing also accept RSS , thus will intake aditionally feeded SEO elements, existing on page.
