Cannot crawl magento ecommerce site

I used this script on our old site and it ran great. We are moving to Magento and I needed a new sitemap created.

I start the process and it doesn't do anything now.

I need this done asap, so I can use the data to create 301 redirects for the new cart.

Can someone please explain how to get this done?
