Not crawling more then 2 pages

Hi,

We have purchased sitemap generation and installed and configured as directed in PDF guide.
But the crawling is not going beyond 2 pages.
Checked on your homepage for free sitemap generation and it is working fine. It has crawled and created sitemap of 17 pages.
Can anyone help us to resolve this issue please?
