Need Help Generating Complete Sitemap

Hi Team, Hope you're well..!!

I've purchased standalone license from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] & installed sitemaps generator as per installation guide. I've tried to create sitemaps from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] by clicking Crawling and press run box.

It included only 16 pages in the sitemap whereas there are more than 1/10 million pages in my website. I want my sitemap to include all the internal pages of my website which can further be submitted to webmaster tools

Please advise.
