SiteMaps Generator Error Help Me

Hello XML Sitemaps Team

I have a problem in the generator maps
I've purchased standalone license from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] & installed sitemaps generator as per installation guide. I've tried to create sitemaps from [external links are visible to admins only] by clicking Crawling and press run box.
It included only 16 pages in the sitemap whereas there are more than 800+ pages in my website. I want my sitemap to include all the internal pages of my website which can further be submitted to webmaster tools

And sitemap_images.xml Not Links

Help me Pleas

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
