Less links with every generation

Hello,

I'm running standalone xml generator and I have setup a cron task to run every night. I have noticed in google webmaster tools my sitemap links are reduced instead of getting more. What could be the problem?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
