Crawling stops, nos sitemap generated

Hi,

I got this message:
"Updated on 2015-12-29 21:06:17, Time elapsed: 0:06:02,
Pages crawled: 2094 (2092 added in sitemap), Queued: 7143, Depth level: 3
Current page: themes/kategorie/detail.php?artikelid=181220&source=2 (0.1)"

The programm offers, that I can:
"Continue the interrupted session"
but even if I choose this option, no more sites will be crawled.

On the above message it tells me, that:
"2092 added in sitemap"
but when I open the sitemap.xml, no links are shown. (permissions are set correctly)...

Server specs:
memory_limit 1024M
max_execution_time  7200


So what now?
