Magento and Sitemap generator

I have used this sitemap generator effectively with another shopping cart for 10 years. Now we have created a site with magento....

Does any one have the exclude urls, or some restrictions that are valid for magento?

I have excluded
limit=
mode=
order=
price=
app/
catalogsearch/
checkout/
customer/
downloader/
js/
lib/
media/
report/
review/
skin/
var/

It still runs for ever and does not produce a sitemap. I set the limit to 240 seconds because I only have 220 products - I can raise it. At 9000 I had to kill it multiple times at the server level.

Any help is most appreciated. I wonder if tehre is a preset exclusion for magento.

Adding something - if I run the online sitemap generator it runs for a while and does product a sitemap. If I try to run the one I loaded on the server (with debug statements on) it just circles with no output for the max time set.
