What is an example URL that is NOT included in sitemap though and how it can be reached starting from homepage?

contact211

Hello,

I have some pages which have not links from homepage.

This pages are "call" by a QCM script...

I make a sitemap script and i parse subfolder without "link" from a "master" page...

For example, this link :
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

is not parse by XM Sitemap..

I have the same subfolder with pages without link from "home page"...

Is it possible to do or force XML Sitemap to parse ALL subfolders ???

Regards,
François

Hello,

it is not necessary to have a link directly from homepage, but there must be a way to reach any page by clicking links, starting from homepage.
Also, you can add more links in "Additional starting URLs" setting in generator configuration.

contact211

Hello

Ok,
If i understand, a "cached" link will be ok ?

I'll try this method tonight and i'll come back to you.

Regards,
François

As long as the page is accessible and is defined in Additional Starting URLs, it should be included in sitemap as well.
