Keep Getting "Internal Server Error" When Attempting to Crawl

I had paid for the PHP Sitemap Generator to get installed. Since I have not heard from anyone since yesterday, I tried doing it myself, but when I try to generate the sitemap by crawling it, I keep getting the following message:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."
Please help me resolve this issue by checking the installation as well.

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
