Can't access sitemap generator

Hi guys, I have downloaded Standalone generator (so I can create sitemap for whole site as way more than 500 pages) and followed instructions but when I put in URL to access the sitemap generator I just get page not found:

Only thing I can see is that the file permission on data folder in FTP (I use Filezilla) keeps reverting back to 766 after I change it to 777, even though it says it's successfully changed it.

Hello,

make sure that generator/ folder has 755 permissions.

Thanks but doesn't work either. Still get page not found and when I go back and check folder permissions for generator it's gone back to 766.
