unlimited site generator

I am running the unlimited sitemap generator and it does not find many pages that exist on my site. Some are newer pages but i am not sure why it is not mapping them.
please help!

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
