I bought the sitemap, giving this error. Is not generating the sitemap

Error 500
Message error:
Script timed out before returning headers: index.php

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

We increased the parameters for increase memory_limit and max_execution_time in php.ini

But still the crawling-process stops with an error 500

Do you have recommendations for the right php.ini-values?

Our page, which has to be crawled for generating a sitemap via your sitemap generator, has about 28.000 pages.

Hello,  in this case I would recommend to run generator in command line if you have ssh access to your server.
