bug encodage crawl_dump.log

hello,
I have just dowload the last sitemap generator and i have a problem with crawl_dump.log
Before this file encodage was UFT-8 but now the file endodage is ANSI with character like this inside:

I have open the file and change encode to UFT-8 and delete all think inside but it's still come back to ANSI. I am from France and my website is encoded to UFT-8.
I need help for this please.
Other thing, how to change en-us,en;q=0.5 to french language?

Hello,

1. crawl_dump.log is an internal sitemap generator script file and should not be opened other that by the script itself (and should not be submitted to search engines)

2. this can be changed in generator/data/generator.conf file:
<option name="xs_http_language">en-us,en;q=0.5</option>
