I am first time poster, and searched for apostrophies but could not see answer.

Where  and how can I configure the sitemap generator to show  "O'Connor" ,

The site generator will show just "O"

Also, Can you tell me the best practice to eliminate duplicate URL's

Am enjoying using your excellent software, many thanks by the way.

what is the link to your sitemap were the city name is shown incorrectly?
You can use "Exclude URLs" setting to avoid crawling duplicate links.
