Sitemap generator not working

Hi,

I have a [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] website setup in IIS and moved the "generator" folder to the root. Also I have created sitemap.xml and ror.xml files in the root folder and it has write permission for Users and Administrators.
Also my root folder does not have any public_html or data folders as mentioned in the installation guide.
When I try to give the url "<<www.mywebsite.com>>/generator" nothing happens. Please help.
