Empty sitemap_video.xml

Hello support,

We have a website with youtube videos and its sitemap_video.xml is empty. Here you have a couple of links where there are videos:

• [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
  
• [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

And here you have the video sitemap: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Could you please tell me what am I doing bad please?
