Site has 800+ pages but Zero Pages indexed when crawling unlimited.

The site I am crawling has over the 500 page limit so I upgraded from the free to unlimited generator. I used to crawl and get 498 with the free one. Now when I try to do my first crawl here it says Zero Pages indexed.

Usually this happens because of the blocking robots.txt, robots meta tag or incorrect canonical meta tags on website pages.
please let me know your generator URL/login in private message to check this.
