Not Crawling All Links On Index Page

I just bought the generator and am using it for a brand new site however.....
When I look at the sitemap it is NOT indexing all the pages that are on my main index page.
my site is: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
The site is nowhere completed but I wanted to at least get one state done and indexed.
PLEASE ADVISE... THANK YOU!!!
