500 Internal server error

I have purchased and configure XML sitemap on our server. But its not able to create XML sitemap. Its through an error after 4-5 mins 500 Internal server. I have contacted to my hosting provider and its say there is problem in the script. Could you please take a look and let me know the problem. Please refer attached screenshot

does anyone give the details?

It appears to me that whenever you ask for those details it ends the thread.  Is it because they do not pm you with the details?  Or do they and you fix their problem?

If you do fix it, then why not post how you did it in the thread so the 660 people who read the thread can also find out the solution.

I'm sure most people who read the threads do so to find the solution to their problem, but often it just goes to pm and the rest of us never see the solution!
