Error in Analyze Page and sitemap not generated successfully

I have the following error in Analyze Site Structure:

Warning:  ksort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/inbounda/kuboreformas.com/generator/pages/page-analyze.inc.php on line 120

Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/inbounda/kuboreformas.com/generator/pages/page-analyze.inc.php on line 120

And sitemap.xml is generated but not successfully.

you need to to run generator from crawling page first until it completes the process, sitemap is created only after finishing the crawling.

I have run generator several times but it finishes and sitemap is not generated sucessfully. In addition, I get the error that I have commented.
