Sitemap not generating

I have installed according to the instructions. I am running the crawl manually, but no pages are indexed. The crawl appears to complete, but with no results added to the XML etc. There is no error message. The site is run on Joomla 3.6.5. Please let me know what additional information you require.

Crawler was blocked by "Disallow" directive in robots.txt.
