My host does not allow FTP access

I Just purchased this and could not figure out how to use it. Then I came to this forum and everyone is talking about FTP etc. and Monster Commerce does not allow FTP access. Is there any other way to use this program?

possibly your host provides control panel that allows to upload files?
Please also check with your host that PHP language is supported (this is a requirement).
