Sitemap incomplete

Hi,

We have purchased sitemap generation and installed and configured as directed in PDF guide.
But the crawling is not going beyond 1254 pages added to sitemap.

Total pages run into several thousands but sitemap generated only shows few.

When the crawling reaches the 1254 pages added to sitemap it seems to going on (as in the screenshot attached) but at the end of the process the number of page is still 1254.

Can anyone help us to resolve this issue please?

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
