Not generating links to all pages on my site.

Hello:

My site has ~200,000 pages.  I have run the generator and it only captures ~4,500 links.  There are significantly more than this number indexed in Google.  Not all pages in my site have a direct URL accessible from the homepage or its subsequent links.  Most pages are accessed through a database search function on the site.  My purpose in purchasing the software was to have a tool that could find and accommodate all 200k+ pages and make them easier for the search engines to find.  Please advise.  I am happy to discuss via PM.

there must be a way to reach pages by clicking links so that generator bot can find them.
