Uploading the files and coding

I am having problems getting the files to work so I paid for the installation service will this take long to do? I had to move the index.php file into the data folder please help, I uploaded all the files just need help with the coding and permissions

but which files do I point google to and which file do I point yahoo to. is there a control panel that I have to use for starting and stoping the sitemaps?
