Prevent pinging Search Console if crawl has failed

Hi!

In recent weeks on some days only 1 URL (Homepage) is crawled while on other days around 2300 URLs are crawled. I don't know the reason. This has not happend for years. Maybe server problems.

Is there any way to prevent your script from pinging Search Console when last crawl only founf 1 URL?
