Images Sitemap problem

There is Sitemap Images problem.

Generator  "/wp-content/"  without files is not indexed. How to fix problem ?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?

images are loaded with javascript hence not visible to bot, theymust be included on the page with <img src=""> tag instead.

it must be embedded in html source code of the page, i.e. the image should be visible with javascript disabled in browser.
