Crawling error x_csize: 0

We are getting the following error when we try to run Crawl in the generator

re was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

we were told this is issue with ports 80 443 not being opened, but they are. We need to know exactly what needs to be done on the server to fix it. We tried everything, nothing seems to work.
