Sitemap Generator Forum

I'm getting this error when I'm trying to run the sitemap crawl with Sitemap Generator V8:

There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
HTTP Code:

x_csize: 0

HTTP output:

I've selected the debug output option but have nothing to work with? I've also tried using curl but get the exact same error.
