Crawl and index only predefined subfolders

Hello,

it is possible to crawl and index only predefined subfolders.

For example: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

I tried with "Additional Starting URLs" but without success.
